DESCRIPTION

Brooklyn Project Knee Warmers are made from a Roubaix fabric ensuring warmth when needed. The upper leg has fitted silicon grips, matched with silicon bands on the lower leg, the warmers will stay in place in all conditions.

Our knee warmers are designed to sit against your skin in a nice comfortable fit. Thigh to fit measurement is below. Most men order the same size in the knee warmers vs their jersey size, or occasionally some men order 1 size up in the knee warmers vs their bibs size. The knee warmers have traditional gripper in the upper leg compared to our bibs which have the silicon coated banding which stretches a little bit more. So occasionally some people upsize their knee warmers, but most people wear the same size as their bibs shorts size.

Given the knee warmers are a mens/unisex fit for women we recommend following the thigh measurements below and generally most women will size down by 1 size on their womens bib shorts size. Eg if normally a medium women's bib short then order small knee warmers.

The knee warmers fabric has plenty of stretch length is generally not an issue, the main size guide to follow is your thigh measurement to determine your size.

AUSTRALIA:
For retail orders only (not Custom portal orders) we provide FREE delivery (no minimum order required) within Australia through Australia Post, 1 – 5 business days for metropolitan areas (may take longer for country areas).
 

Every effort is made to have your parcel dispatched on the same day that you've ordered or following business day.

All orders can be tracked, if you require tracking details please email: accounts@ventou.com.au with your order number (upon placing your order you will receive an email with your order number) and we will email through your tracking details.

Please be sure to indicate your daytime address or otherwise your package will be available for pick up from your nearest post office (packing slip will be dropped at your address with the pick up details).

REST OF WORLD
Deliveries for the rest of the world are made using Australia Post's international express rates and may take between 5 - 10 business days.

  • Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of the next business day of payment receipt. If there are any delays due to out of stock products we will notify you as soon as possible and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order.
  • We deliver products world wide. Shipping times are estimations only

Ventou Custom Online Ordering Portal Shipping Information

AUSTRALIA:
A shipping cost will apply on all Ventou Custom Online Order Portal's, the shipping method & cost is dependent on your group ordering details.

  • Bulk Shipping: most groups opt for bulk shipping, which is a relatively low cost per individual order (usually less than $5 per individual order). Items are delivered to 1 address in bulk for the team captain / leader to distribute to individual's accordingly. A list will be provided of who has ordered what including name, garment style/s and sizing to make it easy to distribute the orders.
  • Individual Shipping: we also offer individual shipping, which is a higher cost than bulk shipping. Cost dependent on your group ordering details but as a guide is usually around $15 per order.

REST OF WORLD
Deliveries for the rest of the world are made using Australia Post's international express rates and may take between 5 - 10 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Your Ventou Custom order will only start production once the online ordering portal is closed.
  • Usually online order portals are open for 1-2 week periods and then closed for production to begin, but this is the decision to be made by the team captain / leader of the group (not Ventou's decision or responsibility).
  • Once the online portal is closed the orders are collated for production to begin.
  • Production time is 4-6 weeks + delivery time.
  • VENTOU is not held responsible for delivery times, all times are indications given by Australia Post, and will not be responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country
