Quote
Our custom specialist will guide you through product descriptions and discuss volumes, timelines and pricing. A formal quote will then be provided.
Creative
Our custom specialist will provide you with design templates and guidelines to help you achieve your vision. If you require design assistance, our graphics team can work with you to produce creative.
Design Approval
A final digital colour mock including logos, fonts and pantone colours will be provided for sign off.
Order Confirmation
Once you have approved your order and design, a 50% deposit is required to begin production.
Delivery and Final Payment
Production generally takes 4-6 weeks (*there is an Express Service available for an additional surcharge). Prior to delivery, our custom specialist will confirm your delivery address details and final balance. Your final balance is due upon shipment.
