AT VENTOU YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR HIGHEST CONCERN.
Our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent. Although our products are of high quality things don't always work out or you may have purchased the wrong size or colour. If for any reason you’re dissatisfied with your retail purchase, you can return the merchandise for a full refund less postage costs – no questions asked. This does not apply for custom orders.

All retail items returned for exchange or a credit note must be returned in new and an unused condition, in original packaging, labels intact and unworn, and a copy of your receipt should accompany the returned item – This doesn't mean that you can't try the item on, rather that it cannot be 'worn'.

With all custom items where stock is not held, garments cannot be replaced for sizing errors. Please be sure sizing is double checked against our sizing charts before making a purchase.

IF RETURNING AN ITEM

  • You must indicate your intention to exchange / return within 7 days of the date of delivery.
  •  In the case of items being exchanged, we will re-send the new item free of additional carriage charges.
