ORDERING
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard minimum order is 10 per style on new orders and 5 per style on re-orders. But we can quote on orders with no minimum order requirement. We also have a special offer for clubs/groups with no minimum order requirement through our online portal (enquire for more info).
What are your re-order terms?
Our standard re-order is 5 per style, but we offer re-orders with no minimum order requirement for clubs/groups through our online portal (enquire for more info). No setup cost applies on re-orders.
Do you offer men’s and women’s sizing?
Yes. The vast majority of our styles are available in both men’s and women’s specific fit, and the order quantity can be combined with men’s & women’s sizing (no minimum per gender)
Do you offer kids / youth sizing?
Yes, for selected styles we offer kids / youth sizing.
Do you provide sizing samples?
Yes, on request we will provide sizing samples. We just require the samples to be returned to us within 14 days of receiving them.
DESIGN
Can you create our design?
Yes we can create a design according to your brief, and this is included in our initial setup cost (no additional cost for a standard design creation)
I’m a graphic designer, can I create the design myself?
Yes, on request we can provide our illustrator template/s for you to create the design yourself. Our designers will review the artwork submitted and advise if we have any questions.
What format do I need to provide logos in?
We require logos to be provided in vector format (file ending in .eps or .ai). If a vector logo can’t be supplied please send through all logo files to review (regardless of format, jpeg/pdf etc). We can print jpeg logos but we can’t control how jpeg logos print and the quality will likely be lower resolution than vector logos. We can offer to re-create non-vector logos to vector format, the standard logo re-creation cost is $35 + gst.
PRODUCTION
How long does production take?
Our standard production time is 4-6 weeks. On request we can produce orders in less than 4 weeks through our express production service (pending production capacity).
Will you meet my event deadline?
Yes, we work to event deadlines and we will ensure your order is delivered prior to your event. When enquiring please advise on your event deadline date and we will provide an order deadline date to ensure your order is delivered pre-event.
How long does delivery take once my order is complete?
Usually 1-3 working days for most deliveries within Australia. We ship Australia-wide from our factory in Melbourne. VIC/NSW/SA courier deliveries are usually next day delivery. QLD 2-days delivery. TAS/WA/NT 3-5 days delivery. Express couriers are available on request for next day delivery Australia-wide. For individual postage of smaller parcels refer to Australia Post times (standard 3-5 days, express 1-2 days).
