Our running shorts are a mens/unisex fit. Men will be your usual shorts / pants size. For women we recommend sizing down by one size on your usual women's size (eg if normally a womens medium then order a mens/unisex small).

PRODUCTION TIME & DELIVERY

Ventou Custom Orders (for bulk orders placed via email)

  • Our standard production time is 4-6 weeks
  • We have an express production service available at additional cost for orders required in less than 4 weeks
  • The production time only starts once we've received: design finalized & approved, sizing/order breakdown and 50% deposit.
  • If you require your order by a specific deadline date please inform us of this date before production starts.

 

Ventou Custom Online Portal Orders

  • We have an online portal system available for clubs, groups etc to use whereby individuals within the group can login to place and pay for their orders directly through our website
  • We will work with your club/group leader / point of contact to establish the ordering portal window (we generally advise a shorter portal window of 1-2 weeks works best). The decision to close each portal window is made by your club/group leader (not Ventou's decision or responsibility).
  • Our standard production time remains the same at 4-6 weeks
  • The production time only starts once the online portal window is closed for bulk production to begin.
  • Online portal orders may be either bulk delivered or individually delivered depending on the arrangement worked out between Ventou and your club/group leader. Additional notes are below on both the bulk and individual delivery options.
  • Bulk Delivery: most groups opt for bulk delivery, which is a relatively low cost per individual order (usually less than $5 per individual order). Items are delivered to 1 address in bulk for the team captain / leader to distribute to individual's accordingly. A list will be provided of who has ordered what including name, garment style/s and sizing to make it easy to distribute the orders.
  • Individual Delivery: we also offer individual delivery, which is a higher cost than bulk delivery. Cost is dependent on your group ordering details but as a guide is usually around $15 per individual.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

- Refer to the garment washing tag on your garment

- Wash your garments asap after use, if left overnight unwashed sweat can eat away at the fabric affecting the longevity of the product.

- Wash your garment in either cold or warm water wash

- Strictly do not wash in hot water.

- Hand wash or gentle machine wash.

- If machine washing with other items we recommend having your Ventou garments in a separate wash bag. We use high end technical lightweight fabrics and they do not respond well to rough / harsh objects including velcro straps, and zips (eg against a jeans zip in the wash).

- Do not iron, tumble dry or dry clean your garments.

- Dry in the shade or for a limited time in the sun.

- Do not use bleach or fabric softener on your garments.
