Please keep in mind for custom portal orders that your order has been produced as a whole club/group order and the production time started when your portal window was closed, not on your date of order. We strive to produce all orders in a timely manner and we pride ourselves on our production time for custom orders.

For custom portal orders depending on your group’s requirements your order has either been individually delivered as per the tracking number provided, or if you haven't received a tracking number your order will have been delivered in bulk to your club/group to organise distribution. For bulk deliveries please contact your club/group leader to organise pickup.
